Zoom

Zoom is a very easy-to-use web conferencing system that can be used for free.
Once you have the Zoom software installed on your computer, hosting and attending meetings can be done in simple steps.

How to get started with Zoom

Go to Zoom site

  1. Click the button “Sign up is free” at the top right of the Zoom official website.
  2. Enter your date of birth.
  3. Enter your email address and click the “Sign up” button.
  4. The message “Sent an email” is displayed. Check the registered email.
  5. Click the “Active Account” button in the body of the email you received from Zoom.
  6. “Are you signing up for school?” Select No and click Continue.
  7. Enter your first name, gender, and password (optional) and click Continue.
  8. The “Let’s get more friends” page is displayed, but click the “Skip steps” button.
  9. Click Start Zoom Meeting Now to start downloading the software.
  10. Launch the Zoom software and sign in (using your registered email address and password).
  11. Click New Meeting.
  12. Click “Participants” and then click “Invite” at the bottom of the newly displayed screen.
  13. Click “Copy Invitation Link” to email the business partner.
  14. The meeting begins when the business partner clicks on the URL.

* Please note that the free version has a time limit (40 minutes) for meetings with 3 or more people.

Google Meet

Google Meet is a web conferencing system that runs in your browser.
As long as you have a Google account, you can use it for free.

How to get started with Google Meet

 Go to Google Meet site

  1. Click Start New Meeting on the Google Meet site.
  2. Log in with your Google account.
  3. Create a meeting link, copy the URL that appears, and email it to your business partner.
  4. The meeting begins when the business partner clicks on the URL.

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is a web conferencing system provided by Microsoft.
If you have a Micorosoft account and have Microsoft Teams software installed on your computer, you can use it for free.

How to get started with Microsoft Teams

 Go to Microsoft Teams site

  1. Click “Sign up for free” on the site.
  2. Enter your Microsoft account.
  3. The How do you want to use Teams? Page is displayed. Select “For Work and Organization” and click Next.
  4. Enter your password to sign in.
  5. Click Download Teams Software.
  6. Install the software on your computer and start it.
  7. Log in with Microsoft Account.
  8. When you start the Teams software, the invitation URL will be displayed. Copy the URL and email it to the business partner.
  9. The meeting begins when the business partner clicks on the URL.
