	Add timeout support to the Gtk+2 pinentry.

	Add timeout support to the curses pinentry.
	* pinentry/pinentry-curses.c (dialog_run): Set the window input to
	non-blocking.
	(catchsig): New.
	(main): Catch SIGALRM and set the timeout.
