Data Collection Options:

  --help            Print this help message and exit.

  -m, --message     Add custom message to the support tool archive.

  --full            Collect full logs, fetch all files from the logs directory.
                    By default the logs are truncated to 1000 last lines and
                    rotated logs are excluded.

  --get-dbs         Fetch all SQLITE databases.



Maintenance Options:

  --clean-alerts    Cleans all notifications that appear in Zend Server UI.
                    This helps in case of 'stuck' notifications - the alert
                    condition is gone or has been fixed, but the notifications
                    still exist in the databse.

  --core-dump       Enable saving core dumps of crashing Apache processes.
                    The procedure includes installation of debug symbols of
                    PHP and Zend's components and daemons, adding a directive
                    in Apache configuration and Zend Server restart.
                    You can add the '--auto' parameter to install debug symbols
                    without confirmation prompt from the package manager.
                    It is also possible to define a specific release directory,
                    for example '7.0.0_update3', i.e. install from
                    http://repos.zend.com/zend-server/7.0.0_update3/
                    Example:

                    ./support_tool.sh --core-dump [--auto] [specific release directory]

                    To revert the configuration changes (stop creating
                    core dumps), add the '--off' parameter:

                    ./support_tool.sh --core-dump --off

  --simple-auth     Disable Extended Authentication. Optional parameters:
                    WebAPI key name
                    WebAPI key hash

                    ./support_tool.sh --simple-auth [apiName apiHash]

  --zray-off        Completely disable Z-Ray and URL Insight
                    (i.e. the Statistics PHP extension).
                    Add '--revert' to re-enable the extension.

  --update          Support Tool update. Optionally accepts one of these keys:
                      --check     Only print current and latest build numbers
                      --auto      Update Support Tool without confirmation prompt

                    ./support_tool.sh --update [--check | --auto]
