# #
# This script is intended to speed the process of kernel core analysis #
# by creating an analysis file for all kernel cores found. The analysis #
# file contains the oops or panic message, along with a kernel log #
# buffer dump, and backtraces of active processes. This analysis file #
# will be stored in the crash directory (typically /var/crash/<date>), #
# and copied to the /var/log directory. Supportconfig automatically #
# includes these analysis files, and basic core analysis can be #
# performed without the need to upload large core files to NTS. #
# #
# In order to analyze cores, the -debuginfo kernel must either be #
# installed on the crashing machine, or the vmlinux-*.debug file must #
# be extracted from the correct -debuginfo RPM and copied into the same #
# directory as the core. #
# #
